HéloHeïdi, or Héloïse Fracheboud, is a multi-disciplinary artist passionate about the possibilities offered by her vocal specialty: yodeling.
Singer, yodel explorer, multi-instrumentalist, composer, poet, humorist, sometimes dancer or actress, teacher, she creates, arranges and interprets her own music and sometimes that of others.
Her career began on August 1, 2004, in the streets and on café terraces. This experience led her to develop a style all her own, and from the outset to forge a very special relationship with her audience.
Mostly a solo performer in Switzerland, Europe and the rest of the world, HéloHeïdi blends contemporary music with music from her homeland (sounds of the mountains, alpine pastures, ancestral yodels…).
PROGRAM
HéloHeïdi is delighted to be playing in this extraordinary venue, and will take advantage of the exceptional acoustics of Lac St-Léonard to offer an immersive concert of fine, contemporary sounds.
She will present all her musical compositions and poetic texts, inspired by the sounds of her daily life (forest, alpine pastures, mountains, contemporary music) as well as the sounds of ancestral yodels.
Accompanied by accordion, harmonic drums, Jew’s harp, bells, music box, etc., she will guide you with her voice on a journey through the unforgettable landscapes of her homeland.
