All tours are guided and narrated in French, German, and English. The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes, not including a visit to our new educational space.
To ensure you can visit the site, we encourage you to book your visit now by clicking the button below.
Reservations can be made at any time, whether for a future date or for the same day. Simply choose the date and time that works best for you and present your ticket upon arrival at Lac Souterrain, 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
You do not need to print the ticket if you can display it on your phone.
Before or after your visit, our new educational space will allow curious visitors to learn about the mysteries of the cave and its formation over the centuries, while mineral enthusiasts of all kinds will enjoy the gift shop and food lovers can take a break at the cafeteria.
Flash-free photography is permitted; however, swimming and diving are prohibited.

For a great thirst or a small hunger, our refreshment bar offers you a choice of drinks and snacks. Pancakes, pizzas and other Valaisan planks will be served on our beautiful shaded terrace. On reservation we also offer coffee and croissant formulas as well as various aperitifs for your groups.
