practical information
All visits are accompanied and commented in French, German and English. The duration of the visit is approximately 30 minutes, not including the discovery of our new didactic area. In order to guarantee you access to the site we invite you to book your visit now by clicking on the button below. Reservations are possible at any time, whether for a future date or for the same day. All you have to do is choose the date and time of your visit that suits you and present the ticket upon your arrival at Lac Souterrain, 15 minutes before the chosen time. There is no need to print the ticket if you can display it on your phone. Before or after your visit, our new didactic area will allow the curious to understand the mysteries of the cavity and its formation over the centuries, while mineral lovers of all kinds will appreciate the boutique and gourmands will take a break in the cafeteria. Shooting without flash is allowed, but swimming and diving are forbidden.

For a great thirst or a small hunger, our refreshment bar offers you a choice of drinks and snacks. Pancakes, pizzas and other Valaisan planks will be served on our beautiful shaded terrace. On reservation we also offer coffee and croissant formulas as well as various aperitifs for your groups.
