STEVANS at the Underground Lake is where elegant pop meets soaring harmonies in the unique atmosphere of a natural cave deep beneath the rock.
For this special evening, the band will perform as an intimate acoustic duo, in a format specially designed to make the most of the lake’s remarkable natural acoustics. Free from technical artifices, voices and instruments will resonate through the cave, creating an immersive musical experience just a few metres from the audience.
Led by Yvan Franel and Yann Secrest, STEVANS has established itself on the European music scene with an electro-pop sound blending groove, soul and urban influences. With several albums to its name, the band has performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival and shared the stage with artists such as Coldplay and Deep Purple. Their latest EP, Simplify, mixed in Los Angeles by Nick Kaufmann (Imagine Dragons), showcases their talent for crafting songs that are both contemporary, emotional and instantly memorable.
